Cancellation Policy:

The customers agrees that
If we cancel the tour, the customer is eligible to get a total refund of the actual amount paid.
If the customers do the cancellation, amount deduction will be done as per below guidelines.


For Multi-Day Journey:

0% of tour charges if cancelled before 48 hours
10% of tour charges if cancelled before 36 hours
50% of tour charges if cancelled before 24 hours
100% of tour charges if cancelled below 24 hours

For Single Day Journey:


Packages and Quick Booking : 100% Charges if cancelled below 4 hours
Packages and Quick Booking : 10% Charges if cancelled before 4 hours
Airport Pickup or/and Drop : 100% Charges if cancelled below 4 hours
Airport Pickup or/and Drop : 10% Charges if cancelled before 4 hours



Refund:

Based on the Cancellation & Refund Policy as mentioned above, if eligible, the refund will be processed in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, please contact us.
The refund amount will be credited to the same mode of payment that you had used while booking; the only exception, in this case, is if you had used Cash/Demand Draft in such case, the mode of payment for the refund will be 'Account Payee' Cheque only. In case of Credit Card, the transaction would be reversed accordingly, considering the bank charges/Service charges on Credit Card payments, which is non-refundable.



Grievances:

We provide our finest services to the customers, for apleasant and memorablejourney. Sometimes, plans may go not in expected lines. If you have any complaint, please inform our tour guide or our front desk staff, they will arrange all probable acceptable ways to resolve the issue instantly. If the response is not to your satisfaction, then you must inform in writing to the management within 14 days of the journey concluding. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the scrutiny and result of the complaint. Any disagreements between customers and MadhuTravels shall be administered by Jurisdiction on pune limits.


Our Accountability

Weapprove for the accountability for those arrangements for your travel, which are totallyunder our control. Therefore, admit liability to customers for the disregard of our employees. Nevertheless, we would like to bringnotice to the following conditions which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not/ cannot prepare to accept accountability.
We shall, in no situations whatever be accountable to the customer or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential events further.
We cannot take the obligation for commercial activities, which are out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, the reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and seaports and similar event, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable
