Satara is city is located 110 kilometers away from Pune. It is a district center also. The city is about 250 kilometers away from state capital Mumbai. The city has its own historical background. Satara kaas plateau ar Kaas Pathar is one of the most visited touris spot of Satara district. It is famous for its biodiversity and valley of flowers. Number of travelers increase at the time of Monsoon that is during the month of August and September.
